Primary day in New York State is on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 

Polls will be open on June 24 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. The early voting period for the primary election runs from June 14 –June 22. See the full 2025 New York State political calendar »

• If you are not registered to vote in New York State, you can complete or start your registration online. Applications must be received by the Board of Elections by June 14, 2025 to be eligible to vote in the primary election. 
• See the New York City Board of Elections site to check your voter registration, request a mail ballot or for additional information.
